Shimge Water Pump PLD 2-9 Product Overview
The multistage centrifugal pump of PL(D) series (referred to as the “Electric Pump”). The Electric Pump mainly comprises a motor, water pump, and sealing. The motor is a single-phase, asynchronous motor and the impeller is of a centrifugal structure, both the water pump and the motor adopt single-end face seals and the fixed spigot is an O-ring seal used as a radial seal. The products of this series feature high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation. The water pump is compact and can be easily maintained and installed. These pumps are widely used for pressurizing water treatment systems i.e. reverse osmosis (RO).
Operating Conditions
The Electric Pump should be able to operate continuously and normally when the following operating conditions are satisfied:
- The medium is low-viscosity, non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-vaporizable liquid that does not contain any solid particle or fiber or generate any chemical reaction with the material of the Electric Pump.
- The maximum ambient temperature does not exceed +40°C.
- The temperature of the medium ranges from +4°C to +60°C.
- The PH value of the medium is 6.5~8.5; the volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium is no more than 0.1%, and the particle size is no greater than 0.2mm.
- The supply frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is single-phase AC 220V, and the voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value.Performance Data
