4 U Pure Water Franchising

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF THIS DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT & CONFIDENTIALITY UNDERTAKING

I am interested in exploring the possibility of acquiring a 4 U Pure Water franchise and, as such, request 4 U Pure Water Franchising to provide me with confidential information.
I undertake, in favor of 4 U Pure Water (Pty) Ltd, that:

I will use the confidential information only for the purpose for which it was divulged; and
I undertake not to disclose the confidential information to persons other than those who require it, and that those persons have been placed under an obligation to keep said information confidential. I will further take reasonable steps to ensure that the confidentiality of the information is kept.

My undertaking does not apply to information, which is already public knowledge, or becomes publicly known, other than as a direct consequence of a breach of this undertaking.
